Type: Association management system

Civil Contractors NZ is the national association for civil contractors, providing a voice for over 600 member organisations. Originally built as a Wordpress website, it was converted over to streamSWEET to take advantage of the fully featured membership system.

The former website was converted over to the streamSWEET platform as close as practically possible, customisation could then be undertaken to integrate the agreed association management tools.

• Branches
  CCNZ has branches throughout the country, they are an important area of focus within the association. Activity within the branches is key to member engagement. Branch information included; Key Contacts, Life Members, Associate Members, Branch News and Events.
• Events
  EVENT was used to manage branch events, downloadable documents, notice of competitions and meetings. Also included was the ability to make online payments.
• News
  A category structured news system was configured to support branches, general news, advocacy, submissions and safety alerts.
• Online Registration
  An online wizard has been configured to make online sign-ups as streamlined as possible. Applications are passed through to the CRM system for administrators to review.
