Hayman Reese offer the widest range of towbars in the market, all specifically designed, tested and manufactured to suit the NZ towing vehicle. Along side their locally made towbars, they offer a wide range of accessories from their parent company in Australia, these include nudge bars, sports bars, side steps, roof racks, tonneau covers and more.
Stream was engaged to build an online shopping site that would allow the New Zealand consumer to purchase these products, and in some instances, get them fitted by a local professional installer.
To get this e-commerce system up and running, end to end, Stream had to get several technical integrations working together. These included:
- ERP integration with Syteline (access to product database)
- NZTA integration (to allow for NZ vehicle searching of rego numbers)
- Online payment system
- CRM job tracking (dispatch, appointments, job status)
- SMS messaging (reminders: product in-store, appointments)
1st Phase - Rollout Complete
At this stage the system is working as expected, we are very proud of what we've created and look forward to further development and enhancements.
With more installers coming on board, increasing the size and reach of the national network, and the Hayman Reese brand continually growing in NZ we envisage exponential growth over the coming months.
