The latest goings-on in the tech world as seen by us. Some very cool 'James Bond' toys in this round... Enjoy!

1. SkyFi - order a satellite photo of your city, town or suburb for as little as $20 US

Pricing is based on existing or new satellite images, you pay by size (square kilometres) and/or image resolution.

Commercial Earth-observation companies collect an unprecedented volume of images and data every single day, but purchasing even a single satellite image can be cumbersome and time-intensive. SkyFi, a two-year-old startup, is looking to change that with an app and API that makes ordering a satellite image as easy as a click of a few buttons on a smartphone or computer.

2. Spacetop - Another very cool invention for those of us who work from home, cafes or those crazy corporate revolving desks!

No need to connect to multiple monitors when you can view as many as you want through a set of AR glasses!

3. Bill Gates says A.I. could kill Google Search and Amazon as we know them

"The technology will be so profound, it could radically alter user behaviors".

4. Meta gets fined $1.3 Billion (US)

EUROPE'S GDPR has just dealt its biggest hammer blow yet. Almost exactly five years since the continent's strict data rules came into force, Meta has been hit with a colossal €1.2 billion fine ($1.3 billion) for sending data about hundreds of millions of Europeans to the United States, where weaker privacy rules open it up to US snooping.

5. TikTok Banned in the state of Montana

Last week, Montana Governor Greg Gianforte signed a law that banned TikTok in the state. Now the company is hitting back with a lawsuit that aims to keep the app available to Montanans.

6. Titanic shipwreck has been recorded in astonishing detail

Submersibles spent more than 200 hours taking 700,000 images of every angle of the ship to create the 3D reconstruction.

Nokia Retro Phone 3310

7. Coming Soon - Your iPhone will be able to speak and sound just like you

Starting later this year, you'll be able to type out a friendly greeting or your coffee order on an iPhone and hear your own voice - or something like it - speak it aloud.

8. Remember Nokia phones, those old pre-smartphone design classics that once roamed the Earth?

Nokia have re-released a modern version which look very hipster and retro-cool.

9. ChatGPT is officially an iPhone app

OpenAI's widely popular chatbot can now be accessed via your iPhone using voice commands.

10. ChatGPT makes it possible to work more than one job

While some fear AI will wipe out swathes of jobs, a small number of workers are using tools like ChatGPT to rake in millions.
