We've created a quick 4 step wizard that makes online member applications a whole lot simpler.

A core part of our strategy for associations is to provide solutions that make the day to day running of your organisation a lot easier and more streamlined. Getting members signed up is a vital part of any organisation but it can cause a lot of extra administration and overhead.

Our configurable application wizard can help with reducing some of this friction.

There are 4 steps to it.

Step One: We collect an individual's basic details, name, address, email, phone, and password. This information is common to all applications.

Step Two: We collect the organisation details for organisation memberships, including name, trading name, address details and similar. These fields are also common to most organisations needs.

Step Three: In this space we collect the membership type applied for, as well as specific membership profile data. The page  starts out empty, and during our scoping process we add form fields to reflect all the typical information specific to your membership organisation. This might include years in business, turnover or staff information, industry groups, other affiliations or any number of possible data options. This space can also allow for document uploads or any other customised actions.

Step Four: We present the information back to the prospective member for checking, and final confirmation.

On confirmation of the process all of the data collected is stored in an administration page where the membership organisations admin staff can review the information supplied, and make process decisions around what to do next. The membership applicant is saved with a status of applied, and if information is sufficient this can be changed to any other status, typically accepted.

This will prompt the generation of an invoice which can then be emailed to the member for payment.

We also send a verification email to the person's email address to ensure that they click a link to activate an account, this proves they are not a machine!

Suddenly with streamSWEET you have all of your membership data in  a single database, entered directly by your member, where it can be reviewed and leveraged immediately for communication, membership benefit delivery or other membership engagement activity.
