Stream boosted with new talent

16 Apr 2017

Steve Wardley

Stream Interactive welcomes Steve Wardley to the team in a Business Development role.

Bringing Steve on board recognises that our streamSWEET platform is well established as a comprehensive business system. And while we'll still continuously improve it, there is also need to develop operational capability, drive better process flow, and ultimately deliver business growth for Stream and our customers.

In pursuit of this Steve will be looking to establish more formal development plans with customers. This is a must given the critical importance of online in today's environment. It will give time to review the current status, identify opportunities and set forward thinking plans that direct energy in a deliberate and managed way. He will be in touch in the coming months.

Steve has had over 20 years experience as a commercial insurance broker, a large part of which involves establishing a businesses risk profile by talking about their operations.

This work translates well to Stream's business model, where we get to know our customers business goals and strategies, so that we can partner up to produce systems that are tailored to requirements.

Steve's Insurance Broking work was followed by 3 years working as an operations contractor for an Industry Association, and a Private Training Establishment.

Steve has been involved in the use of the streamSWEET platform as a customer, and has hands on experience in developing extended functionality from that perspective.

Steve lives in the Waitakere Ranges and loves to spend time with his young family, exploring outdoors, walking, kayaking and fishing.

Programming team

To assist in support of business growth Stream Interactive has recently also bolstered it's programming team with another member, further extending our capacity for delivering professional online business solutions.
