Our SHOP Module has the ability to handle invoices and payments, credits and refunds, however it is not intended to replace a full accounting system. There is a common need for our customers to connect with accounting software, be it ERP based, or true accounting based software such as MYOB or Xero.
In recent times we have had a lot of enquiries around Xero Integration. We've taken this on board, and our programming team have worked tirelessly to ensure that transactions generated in our platform, the web front, can be transferred seamlessly to your Xero Account for accounting purposes. Equally information such as payments synchronise back to the SHOP system so that debtors information and the customer interface remain accurate in near real time, with minimal effort.
This means that any online sales for any product, event, learning, CPD, membership or other product type can be reflected in your annual accounts.
We practise what we preach and use Xero as our own accounting software, integrated with our own streamSWEET intranet.
