We have recently extended the marketing lists or datasets that can be output to include the ability to export people or organisations into a new action list tool.
Firstly create an action list - give it a name and define its purpose. A great example might be an exhibitor list for sales calls.
Then you can use existing marketing list groups to determine organisations or people to add to the action list as a bulk action. You can repeat the process with multiple groupings if required, or alternatively you can add a person or organisation individually at a later date, provided they exist in the CRM system.
For each entry on the list set a status as to do, active, or closed, and record a likely outcome for work in progress, and an actual outcome for closed entries.
The list dovetails into our standard CRM contact planning and call cycle tools so you can make records of specific conversations, emails or file notes throughout the process.
